Yes — this is the mobile model, fitted with nylon and stainless steel 360° rotating heavy-duty castors, so you can wheel it away from the pool edge or out of sight when it's not in use. If you'd prefer it fixed in one spot, see the stationary roller instead.
What is the drop pin system?
It's Elite's exclusive locating system that stops the roller moving while in use, and locates it in the exact same spot every time — so one person can operate it without needing to hold it steady.
How do I recover the pool blanket?
This is the only roller with its own built-in pull cord system — simply walk to the far end of the pool and pull the cord to draw the blanket back across.
Is a pool blanket included?
No, the pool blanket is sold separately. The roller comes complete with a fitting kit and a reflective over cover to protect the blanket you pair it with.
What's the warranty?
How is this different from the Elite Platinum Roller (Mobile)?
Both have castors, and share Elite's exclusive drop pin and pull cord systems. The Platinum roller steps up to an extra-tall, marine-grade anodised aluminium frame with a 10-year pro-rata warranty, while the Deluxe roller has a computer-cut, 5mm anodised frame and an 8-year pro-rata warranty — a more affordable option if you don't need the Platinum's taller frame.
