Orders and Returns

Please read the following important terms and conditions ("Terms") before you buy anything on our website and check that they contain everything which you want and nothing that you are not willing to agree to.

These Terms set out your legal rights and responsibilities; our legal rights and responsibilities; and certain key information required by law.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be a stock item and not made to order
• It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• It must be in the original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@poolcovers.com.au with your order number and reason for return
2. Please provide photos of anything of concern
3. We will review the photos and contact you
4. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 10 business days

Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
3. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@poolcovers.com.au
