I have to say your service has been excellent. The product is excellent quality, your ability to customise the product to a specific situation is without fuss and the speed of completion and delivery is astounding.

I must congratulate both yourself and your team on what i consider to be exemplary service, unfortunately sadly lacking these days.

We all absolutely love the pool cover we purchased from you over 2 years ago. The filter is on less, noticed a huge difference in our electricity bill, the water is warmer so the kids swim in it more often as it is no longer “too cold” and I use about a quarter of the chemicals I used to use.

I cut the cover 120mm larger all the way around, which was perfect in aiding with the removal of leaves etc. I just broom the cover, scoop the debris off and roll it up.

We get asked all the time where we got our cover from so I hope the sales over here in Melbourne have increased.

The money spent was well worth it.

I would like you to pass on my thanks to Carl, the installation is perfect. I’m really fussy – and the standard of his work is excellent.

He has left us with a tidy, perfectly fitted pool cover – and he has done a great job modifying the roller to fit our rather ‘tight’ deep end.

A few friends of ours have pool covers fitted by other companies, and to be honest I was always concerned at getting one fitted – they have jagged cuts and gaps around their pools. Ours really is cut well. I can’t emphasise that enough.

Thank you for your excellent service throughout – your communication has been excellent. I will be recommending you to everyone who will listen.

The pool cover has worked brilliantly, the pool temperature is higher, the pool is cleaner and a there is no loss of water from evaporation.

Thanks for great service and an awesome product.

We are loving the hideaway roller, as we can take cover off and put it back on so easily, it has massively reduced the cleaning process due to 3 massive gum tress around the pool, plus it has help keep the pool temps up and made it easy for the solar heating to do its job.

The photos show how the hideaway give a great clear and clean pool area, so important for us!
